  • Developed the brand guidelines for enterprise-wide execution for the Platinum Privileges™ program.
  • Led the creative team that developed the brand position and multi-channel marketing materials for Sallie Mae’s Upromise 2010 card product rollout.
  • Authored the online architecture and web redemption portals for high-profile card products. Chief among them are the Bank Americard Power Rewards™, BankAmericard Privileges™ and WorldPoints™.
  • Acted as chief designer and architect for web marketing assets for the WorldPoints™ rewards program. Conceived and created a new flash-based marketing channel on the WorldPoints redemption portal to support B2B and B2C messages from multiple lines of business.
  • Developed web portals for affinity partners such as Celebrity Cruise Lines, Norwegian Cruise Lines and Sandals Resorts. The in-market portals are currently used as business development tools to acquire new premier affinity partners.
  • Created web marketing assets to encourage the nearly 26 million WorldPoints rewards members to redeem rewards points and thereby reduce the bank’s point exposure.
  • Created and managed branded site assets to support live sales presentations to a variety of businesses representing the hospitality, cosmetics. and the non-profit sectors.
  • Developed the BankAmericard Cash Rewards fulfillment site for Bank of America card holders and for affiliates such as Edward Jones, Fidelity Investments and the NEA.
