My name is Franklin Parrish and I am using this space to display some of my credentials to support my application for employment. This site, along with available printed marketing pieces, helps to demonstrate my ability to create a cross-channel strategy and deploy it via disparate and complementary media.

I bring years of experience as a freelance consultant, a Senior Art Director in a multifaceted agency and an instructor in digital marketing and design. I have developed creative for small businesses and Fortune 100 companies, such as Fidelity Investments, The National Education Association, Celebrity Cruise Lines, The World Wildlife Federation, Sandals Resorts and Bank of America.

Chief among my achievements is the design of Bank of America's rewards redemption platforms,
Bank of America WorldPoints™ and BankAmericard Power Rewards™, sites that serve close to 30 million users. These best-in-class rewards sites attest to my ability to manage large projects with large numbers of stakeholders while maintaining creative integrity, brand cohesion and usability.

As an educator, I am accustomed to leading groups and motivating them towards a common goal. I empower, challenge and cheerlead those I work with and deliver customer delight. I work hard and demand the most from myself.

Throughout all of this, I have fun with design and satisfy my own goals of skill growth and mastery of my craft.
